Garmin nuvi 265W / 265WT GPS Review
Being able to slip a GPS into my pocket is something I really like about when I did the review for the Garmin nuvi 265W GPS. It’s easy to read with the brightly lit widescreen. There is also the Garmin nuvi 265WT model which includes the traffic receiver. Note that the model number on the device itself is 265W as the “T” in 265WT on shown the box refers to the additional component. So you have the choice of selecting a nuvi 265 with or without the traffic option. The customer reviews of the 255W have been largely positive. This widescreen bluetooth portable GPS is packed with many features making it one of Amazon’s top sellers for GPS and has a Customer Review Rating of 4.1 out of 5 (1,560+ customer reviews).

Which company makes the best GPS systems for a good price? And which model do you like the best?
That would entirely depend on its use and which features you want as there a few top GPS manufacturers that have great units for such cheap prices. First decide its main use, like in car or for sports like hiking or cycling. The top in car brands are Garmin, TomTom and Magellan. You can choose between slim compact sizes, or widescreen for extra visibility. Also extra bonuses like lifetime maps and traffic updates. For portable sports use Garmin are the leader in this field with the great Forerunner range of GPS watches. They include heart rate monitors too. My own main in car unit is a TomTom GPS. It’s the GO 730 model with spoken directions, widescreen and lane guidance.
